Check if you have a symlink in the alternatives system:

ls -l /etc/alternatives/flash-mozilla.so

If yes, try to create a symlink to /etc/alternatives/flash-mozilla.so in
/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/plugins.

If you don't have the alternatives symlink, try to symlink to
libflashplayer.so directly.
