Hi Florian! thanks for the reply!I just installed camorama, and when I try to run it, the message "could not connect to video device (/dev/video0)" appears... this goes in line with your suggestion. Now the outputs you ask for are the following (sorry for the initial garbage, but I posted it to be sure gspca is loaded)

So, the device /dev/video0 is not there...(besides, is there a way to load gspca automatically, without calling modprobe each time I want to use the cam?)
