No. Printing from iceweasel has probably never been a pleasure [1], since
iceweasel has it's own history of ignoring cups settings and other
system's settings. Iceweasel's settings for the margins seem to have
disappeared altogether.

At least the paper size seems persistent for me. I haven't bothered with
changing header/footer options. I am happy, if iceweasel prints
reasonably at all.

I don't know. On my lenny it stays consistent, though.
