ab (apache bench) refuses to work, and I garnted with the following error message: -- apr_socket_recv: Connection refused (111) -- My setup: Debian Etch virtual machine running on Xen 3.2.1 with Debian-xen kernel 2.6.18. ab was installed with "aptitude install apache2-utils" I tried with both apache2 installed or not, and I still get the same error message.
