Same here with Lenny and both Iceweasel 2.0.0.16 and with Opera 9.52.
When it fails it says:
"The requested URL /gdcm/ was not found on this server."
"Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at gdcm.svn.sourceforge.net Port 50043"
Why port 50043?
