I have been using [SliceHost][1] for a few months and have been very happy. (It was recommended to me by a couple of co-workers that have been using them longer.)
They offer Xen-based VMs with the distro of your choice. They currently only offer etch for Debian users, but once you get access to the machine, you can go to lenny if you prefer (see their FAQ).
