I have tried you suggestion. And it becomes:

$ lsattr /usr/share/fonts/X11/encodings/large/big5hkscs-0.enc.gz
----------Z-E----- /usr/share/fonts/X11/encodings/large/big5hkscs-0.enc.gz

But I still get the same error:
