Unmet dependencies Xfce4

Hello

Can someone please advise on the best way to handle the following 
situation of unmet dependencies:

$ sudo apt-get install xfce4-systemload-plugin xfce4-goodies
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
 xfce4-systemload-plugin: Depends: libxfce4util-1 (>= 4.2.1-1) but it 
is not going to be installed
                          Depends: libxfcegui4-3 (>= 4.2.1-1) but it is 
not going to be installed
E: Broken packages


This is on a Lenny machine.
