It depends on how much effort they make to keep you from doing this. If
the flash object is just a fancy loader for images, audio/video files or
multimedia streams, then you can often use the logging function of a
proxy to find out the URLs of the content. (If their flashloader does
not respect your proxy settings then tcpdump or wireshark will get you
the same information anyway.)

Privoxy tells me that they store the images here:

http://www.herinnerdingen.nl/user_images/

Their webserver even allows directory listings so one could easily use a
script to download all their images automatically.
