libgconf2 dependencies..

I can't upgrade a lot of packages (perl for one) because apt says that:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libgconf2-4: Depends: gconf2-common (>= 2.22) but it is not going to
be installed
               Depends: gconf2-common (< 2.23) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages

BUT
