when I rebooted just now, it came up to the text login, my NVIDIA driver
didn't work, don't ask me WHY..
lo showed up as did eth0.
eth0 showed 169.254.3.181

I got these errors:
option_space_encapsulate: option space agent does not exist but is configured
DHCPRELEASE on eth0 to 192.168.10.1 ( my router) port 67
then ifconfig showed just lo
so I rebooted and tried to put in your init=/bin/sh but no matter where I put
it, I got errors, so I tried booting into 2.6.18-6 single user mode. ifonfig
then showed eth0 active and working!
