Can not login to Gnome

Hi,

something has happened and now impossible to login Gnome as user.
The last setting made by mine was Gnome panel settings change to 
autohide. But maybe this is not a reason.
Login as root OK, login KDE as root and user OK.
What is gonna to do now?
