I did a google, and you can either put the line there in local.cf ( 
system-wide ) or in user_prefs in $HOME/.spamassassin/user_prefs

this file is in /etc/spamassassin . That line is already in the file, but is 
commented out. 

I'll uncomment it, and see what happens.
