Sorry, but Debian was using "smartlist" in compatibility mode
"mailman" and since some time IT USE "mailman".  It is up to
the Admins to enable some functionalities but I know many of
them (in mailman 2.x) which can abused by Spamers...

As you can see at my E-Mail I use a german ISP for E-Mail
which offer me unlimited Diskspace for 3 Euros per month...
ASMTP, IMAPS, APOP3 WebDAV space and homepage website inclusive

I have NO problem with the Debian lists even if I receive per
day 1800 messages plus over 500 from the PTS/BTS
