How I counted:

Notes:
    Intent of this count is to be descriptive (as she is
        spoken) rather than prescriptive (I say so, so do it
        my way)
    All are English (American, British, whatever)
        pronunciation; offers from other languages
        cheerfully ignored :-)
    Poster's opinion only; offers of opinions of others,
        likewise ignored
    Confusing offers---ignored
    Close variants combined; e.g. `gnu':  guh-noo and
