I just use enigmail in IceDove and when a digital signature is present,
a bar from OpenPGP shows up. If it is blue, I have the key, if is is
yellow, I do not. I click on a little icon that appears next to the
headers and it asks me which keyserver to import from. The default
keyserver usually works. It did with Andrei's.
