I had never heard of this game, but it seems to be a mod for Q3A or
ioUrbanTerror. You would need to package both the UrbanTerror mod as
well as ioUrbanTerror to make this productive, I think. It looks fun.

You might want to talk with people on the debian-games list and have a
look at some of the package maintainer guides:
