nss asking for unknown users (from udev)

Hi again

I have installed a debian 4.0r1 amd64 right now.

After switching nsswitch.conf to
passwd: files ldap
group: files ldap

New things show up when booting the computer!

Obviously, during boot (as long no network is available) already nss want to contact ldap service.
This is due to not finding the specific users in files passwd.

In concrete these are users:
tss, fuse, kvm, rdma, ...
Possibly there are more since i didn't manage to rollback till now and it is not within logs - only at local root console buffer.

Some page in internet referred to these users as "udev-users-missing".
If so i ask myself why they're not generated when setting up udev.
Looking at /etc/udev/rules.d/020_permissions.rules

I see that many other users and groups are referred to.
However do you think i should create them?

(Ore more simple: why are they missing out of the box?)

Thank you for any input.

Miro
