Does anyone work on a billing solution for cups ?

Hello,..
The need is the father of invention (or something in that area).
I searched for cups billing system with a web gui and didn't found one
(that will be under the dfsg).
After an enpropreate understanding of pykota i was guided to the truth
(by mistake i thought that the author didn't want to distribute the
deb files).
So i thought maybe i should start a new project (i have to much spare
time .. ).
That will give me the solution but first of all i need to test if
anybody all ready work on a web based solution.
So ?.
