My Etch system has at the end of rc6.d:
S40umountfs
S48cryptdisks
S50lvm
S50mdadm-raid
S59crypdisks-early
S60umountroot
S90reboot
And yes, it looks wrong. But there doesn't seem to be any damage. I
have ext3 over lvm over raid1.
