You don't need to reinstall Debian. Configure CentOS' Grub to boot 
Debian instead.

In CentOS, try this command:

info grub

That might give you information about Grub and help you create a 
boot-stanza for booting Debian.

I can't give you specifics because the specifics relate to your hardware 
configuration and installation choices. Use the Grub command line to 
find out how to refer to your Debian partition in Grub; "info grub" will 
show you how.

If "info grub" doesn't work, you will have to install the Grub 
documentation onto CentOS. Since I don't have CentOS, I can't tell you 
how that's done.
