dom0 doesn't boot

I dont know what I've done wrong to install xen in etch. Thats my confic.

The xen kernel starts to boot and comes back to grubs bootmenu. I can't 
see any error message because it't on a serial console.

It's a amd 64 3200+ prozessor.

Maybe sombody knows a solution.
