One of the problems with msmtp is that you either have to configure mutt
to wait for messages to be delivered (inconvenience) or risk losing mail
(bad). It does not route mail, so system messages for root are either
sent remotely (not great), or lost if mail server is unavailable (bad).
msmtp was the best msmtp client when I looked, but I eventually ended up
using postfix instead.
