you have not specified any virtual hosts. something like:
<VirtualHost 192.168.2.3:80>
ServerName blah.foo.com
DocumentRoot /var/www/root/of/blah
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access.log combined
</VirtualHost>
would be in order with a different block with unique ServerName for
each virtual host you want.
