You can built the correct module for your kernel at any time using the following
commands:

# apt-get install module-assistant kqemu-source kqemu-common
# m-a update
# m-a a-i kqemu

Dunno if kqemu’s postinst already runs "modprobe kqemu". You might want to do
that if it doesn’t.
