It is looking for the file created and/or updated by "depmod" while
running the following command:
depmod -e -F /boot/System.map-`uname -r` -v `uname -r`
Supposedly, as far as everything is there, yours should look like this:
depmod -e -F /boot/System.map-2.6.19.2-grsec.1 -v
2.6.19.2-grsec.1
That should update and give you the following files
in /lib/modules/2.6.19.2-grsec.1/:
modules.alias
modules.ccwmap
modules.dep
modules.ieee1394map
modules.inputmap
modules.isapnpmap
modules.ofmap
modules.pcimap
modules.seriomap
modules.symbols
modules.usbmap
