ISTM the problem is how to filter out the annoying posters while
allowing the ones that make a reasonable attempt to fit in. A
wholesale blackholing of posts from the website is *a* solution, but
not a good one as some folks who make an effort will get dumped. 

The best, easiest solution, would be to get the forum hosters to tweak
the forum software so that it puts the subject and context in place
automatically for the poster. They seem to be generally unresponsive
over there though.
