Thank you for the answer Kelly

alsaconf removes snd_intel8x0m... However, I tried your suggestion:
in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base-blacklist I uncommented the entry related
with snd_intel8x0m and ran alsaconf again... now I have sound after the
reboot! without writing anything in \etc\modules!
