Compulsory answer: if you don't know how to do it, you shouldn't do it.
Lenny is not in a releasable state which means you may encounter
problems that are much harder to fix than it is to upgrade from stable
to testing.
But since you might have reasons unknown to me: you have to edit your
/etc/apt/sources.list to include lines for lenny, just like the lines
for etch. You can copy the lines for etch, replace "etch" (or "stable")
with "lenny" (or "testing") in these lines and then run 'aptitude update &&
aptitude upgrade && aptitude dist-upgrade'.
