I think that is exactly what I want. I read the document and it said
that non-root user cannot set class 3 for `ionice`. So I use class 2,
data 7. The following is the script that I just wrote. I will see how
the program runs. Thanks very much to you two. :)

$ cat bin/mylprun.sh
#!/bin/sh
nice -n19 ionice -c2 -n7 $1
