If your .deb files will fit on the USB stick, then you can just copy
them (from /var/cache/apt/archives) to the stick then use dpkg to
install them on the other machine.
If you're running Etch or Sid, could also use gdebi (gnome) or kpackage
(kde) Both of those packages allow one to install .deb files by clicking
on them.
