You need the replytolist extension, which I just put up on my web page.
http://members.cox.net/ron.l.johnson/replytolist-0.2.0.xpi
wget it and then Tools->Extensions Install it. Restart
Tbird/Icedove and you'll see the new menu entry Message->"Reply To
List".
