I must have missed that. It seems strange that they stress cross
compatibility on their site. Mozilla I mean. There are even articles on
how one creates code that can compile on multiple systems.

I find myself using konqueror more and more. I just wish the cookies
were compatible so that when I hit a web site with one browser, the
other one knows about it because the cookie is there.

Alas, each browser has it's own place where it stores cookies. I
suppose if I _really_ wanted to I could download the source code and
hardcode my place for the cookies into the browsers and recompile, but
that would be a pain because each time one of the programs updates, it
would either wipe out my changes, or I have to put the package on hold,
which means no more security updates.

I suppose I'll just have to live with it, or stop using more than one
browser. The problem with that is, some pages don't look right on one
browser or the other. Sometimes you get completely different pages
because the webmaster caters to a specific browser. Maybe I should just
set Konqueror to tell every site that it's Mozilla.

At least Konqueror is smart enough to read my Mozilla favorites and plugins.
