Paul, I didn't say anything about it being the 'right way', just that
one can turn on full quoting in Outlook (it still borks the spell
check). It's in tools/options/email-options/Message Handling; enable
'include message text' then below it 'prefix each line of original
message'.

It doesn't work well on several quotes, but hey one can turn it on.

The QuoteFix is the way to go of course for better quoting support.

I don't know if it's better than previous versions, and I'm not about to
set it up for debian-user to test. :)
