        debian-user mailing list
Help and discussion among users of Debian
Support for Debian users who speak English. (High-volume mailing
        list.)

This list is not moderated; posting is allowed by anyone.

Help and discussion... and discussion... and discussion...

Please repeat that until you grasp it.

Also, High-Volume mailing list.

Also, This list is not moderated.

Lets all understand that.

OT threads actually are a part of Debian-User and have been since 1995.

Sometimes, truth be told, OT threads are sometimes very annoying and
down right insulting. Most times they are very informative and fun.

So, by your assertion, this list *MUST* be dry and very technical and
follow rigid rules of engagement.
