I got nicknamed Baloo while working for the Boy Scouts after coworkers
started cracking wise that I looked like a human version of the bear on the
cover of the Scout books when I smiled.  I think it has more to do with the
fact I'm a beanpole and bears aren't; kinda like how fat guys get
nicknamed "Slim."  This all happened around the time I discovered the
fandom myself about a decade ago.

I know nothing about curry.  Not much for spicy food.
