Inconsistent sync rates on same Etch
Gnome logon screen does not sync with the Gnome's vertical refresh rate
configured through Gnome Desktop preference(and is made default for my computer).
As an alternative I also edited xorg.conf and used the refresh rate as mentioned
by monitor's manual. Still GDM Logon screen uses something lower than Gnome's
refresh rate. How do i force the logon screen to use Gnome's vertical refresh
rate?
P.S. I'm using Debian Etch
