making kivio run under gnome....

Dear Debianists,

As I understand it kivio is a flowcharting software that runs under KDE....

I am trying to make it work under gnome... Is this likely to be possible?

I am running Debian Etch on an AMD64 Sempron 3200 box....

I installed it with synaptic.

At the moment it tries to run but doesn't work. It is trying to open klauncher etc which I assume can't happen if you are running gnome.

If this is a non starter please let me know.

just some info on the installation:

mikef@localhost:~$ whereis kivio
kivio: /usr/bin/kivio /usr/X11R6/bin/kivio /usr/bin/X11/kivio /usr/share/man/man1/kivio.1.gz
mikef@localhost:~$ kivio --version
Qt: 3.3.7
KDE: 3.5.5
Kivio: 1.6.0
mikef@localhost:~$

Regards
