Caveat:  I haven't a clue what you're talking about.  "dict vrml" says
"Virtual Reality Modeling Language".  Is that the same thing?

"apt-cache search vrml" mentions openvrml-lookat ("VRML viewer").  As
for vrweb, what does "better, more complete" mean to you?

Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced.
