libx11-6 is the base thing you should remove, nearly all X/GNOME stuff
depends on it. However you may need/want to remove other libraries
expecially GNOME applications depend on, that do not depend on libx11-6, but
are useless without it.
Try using deborphan or debfoster to select, what you really want to have
installed
