what system are you running? This state is rare even in sid. Are you
installing with dpkg?

A

Hi,

I generally use apt-get at the shell. I'm running a the testing branch
of Debian.

I tried to resolve with Apptitude but no joy. I'm going to have to read
up on apptitude since this is my first time I've tried it.

Any more tips?

Thanks,
Tim
