Do you use a proxy? If so it might help if you set the environment variable http_proxy.
I do not use a proxy. Even in konqueror, the ssh protocol doesn't work (http works). It seems like an isolated problem, as no one else seems to have this problem :( -- Waqar A. Malik -- Waqar A. Malik
