Please don't reply to a poster directly on the list (unless explicitly asked), 
or at least include the list in cc, so that the others can learn from it, and 
the issue can be searchable at a later time thru the archives. (however, 
there is not much to learn from this mail ;)

About the maps... I do not use the autofs program, so I don't know how to 
configure it, but just by downloading the package and taking a look at the 
man page (autofs(5)) explained a lot for me. Please read the man page and/or 
take a look at /usr/share/doc/autofs, because those contains valuable 
information regarding your issue.
In fact this is the case with every other package; you must read the docs, if 
they are present.
