libref-devf etch

Hi all,

Seems that I can't install librdf-dev on fresh install of etch. Here's 
the output of apt :

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 librdf-dev: Depends: libraptor1-dev (>= 1.4.9) but it is not going to 
be installed
              Depends: librasqal0-dev (>= 0.9.12) but it is not going 
to be installed
              Depends: libpq-dev but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

And here is my source.list :

deb ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib non-free
deb-src ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib non-free

Seems that the problem is a conflict between versions of commer-dev :

 comerr-dev: Depends: libcomerr2 (= 1.39+1.40-WIP-2006.10.02+dfsg-2) 
but 1.39+1.40-WIP-2006.11.14+dfsg-1 is to be installed

Do I miss a repos or something obvious ?
