I experienced the same, although on unstable. My key bindings were gone,
as were most of my settings, and the theme had completely changed.
Not sure where things went wrong, but the mouse button doesn't actually do
anything on the desktop anymore. minimize an icon and you can't get it
back...

ALT-TAB doesn't cycles windows anymore...
Yep, had to reconfigure that hotkey in the prefs as well as a few others.
It seems that all the preferences have been wiped out.
bug or sucky day for me?
Possibly a feature.
