Indeed you're right. I probably installed it from somwhere when trying to
configure 3d on my ATI radeon card but do not precisely remember.
But I decide today to move from Debian to Kubuntu 6.06.
Not only it resolved previous problem (however Florian many thanks for your
reading and attention) but also it seems that 3d is detected / enabled
as 'DRI is enabled' appears somewhere in Xorg.0.log. To be further tested.
