installing spamcannibal

when trying to compile IPTables::IPv4::DBTarbit on a dual opteron I  
get the following error msg

ii  libtool                          1.5.22-4                          
Generic library support script
ii  gcc                              4.1.1-11                          
The GNU C compiler
ii  autotools-dev                    20060702.1                        
Update infrastructure for config.{guess,sub} files

are my versions of libtool / gcc and autotools
