Thanks for the syntax. Well, after running the 'Mt' command on the message-ids in my mailq, I'm told their not frozen. So, I attempted to retry delivery on most of the list, but it didn't do anything. I'm puzzled by this behaviour, and don't understand why, when the ethernet connection is down, Exim allows itself to be put in such a state.
