Quake 4 is native on Linux, too...I vaguely recall seeing Linux binaries for 
Q4 on Id's FTP server before it hit store shelves even.  Go hit 
ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/ for the Linux binaries.  You will need your Q4 
media to install it.

Atari is likely to release UT2007 the same way they did with UT2004:  Linux 
and Windows binaries on the same DVD.
