Shorewall. No GUI, but very powerful and not that hard to set up. There
is a nice tutorial on the web, I can look for the link if you are
interested

The next release of Debian will *not* include Webmin. Unless you plan
to stick with 3.1 (sarge) even after the release of 4.0 (etch), you
will have to compile it yourself.

If you're going to do a lot of admin on linux it is recommended to
learn the command-line tools. There's a lot to learn in the beginning,
but the results are more than rewarding. Especially if you have some
failure (ex. hardware).
